If I was allowed NO stars, it would show as much.
Dr. Wendt has been under much scruitny in the year 2007 for not only losing a clients dog while it was boarding and NOT informing the owner for two days, but now he has killed another clients boxer puppy while he was perfoming a spay/neuter surgery AFTER HE HAD BEEN DRINKING! The police were called and even commented that they had smelled alcohol on his breath during questioning. If you love your pets, avoid Dr. Wendt.
Dr. Wendt nuetered my dog and he performed bladder stone removal surgery on my brothers dog and we had no problems at all.
I have also worked at a kennel before where a couple dogs did get out but we caught them,
and I have worked for 2 vets before years ago and a dog came in to have bath and dip and one of the vets daughters who was working there, tied the dog up on his leash and walked away and the dog choked himself to death ......... SO SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN, THEY SHOULDNT BUT THEY DO.......... when I worked at the kennel another worker let too many dogs out in the yard at the same time which resulted in one dog tearing out the windpipe of a smaller dog, it died and the owner of the kennel was sued for the vet bill for the dog that died.
Dr. Wendt has always been good with my three pets. He has taken time to teach me to become a better pet owner and advise me on what my animals need to be happy. He has a small practice and takes the time to discuss your pet’s needs. I am a better pet owner today for his time and patients. My pets are much happier too.
